Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork has been practiced for thousands of years in Thailand. I was trained in the highly acclaimed lineage of the Sunshine Network from Chiang Mai, Thailand. During your session, you will be gently moved into easy yoga poses while pressure is passively given with a mindful Metta (love and kindness) dance of giving, sharing, and moving energy, utilizing conscious touch, breath, and rhythm. My work can be very deep or gentle, at your request, with attention to pressure points and energy lines in the body. Traditional Thai Bodywork is done with clients wearing comfortable, loose clothing, lying on a floor cushion.
