Hatha Level 1-2 is the foundation of all other forms of holistic yoga. Ultimately Hatha is the expression of Yin and Yang, movement and stillness, putting forth effort and receiving the flow of life through surrender and breath.
In the level 1-2 Hatha Class you will learn and expand the foundation poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), focus/ meditation techniques (dharana/ dhyana), and how to integrate awareness between mind, body and spirit.
Learn and execute the exercises that promote physical health and mental clarity, while increasing vital energy and self awareness. In this class you will receive individualized instruction and personalized care to accommodate for your specific needs, desires, and concerns.
All ages, levels of experience and ability are welcome.
