You will receive therapeutic guidance, as well as lifestyle embodiment practices including movement and supportive archetypes to help you to empower your innate gifts now.

In your Somatic Therapy session, you will be guided deep within yourself and together we will create space for profound healing to unfold. Guided by the sensations of your body, we will unlock stuck emotions, memories, and energies and give them freedom to move and be expressed. In these sessions, I will incorporate movement, breath, free flowing sounds, and help you to call in the support of guides, elements and archetypal energies to support you on the journey. These sessions are incredibly potent.

Private Yoga Therapy
Individual yoga sessions are ideal for students of any level who wish to deepen their practice and receive complete support and guidance catered to their specific desires and needs. An individualized session with Lucia will likely include: basic health intake, assessment of technique and skill level, modifications to meet you where you are, conscious breathing, and guided meditation.
