Power Hour at Purusha Yoga
Power Hour is open to all levels, but it is recommended that you have some experience with basic yoga poses. This class is designed to take the student through a challenging yoga flow that is composed safely and effectively - generating tapas(heat) by energizing the core and radiating outward to strengthen, lengthen, and give the entire body a workout.
