Traditional asanas (postures) are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on breath control (pranayama), core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, mindfulness, and listening to the body. Each Hatha class at Zazen is unique to the various backgrounds, traditions, and personal experience of the teacher.
