This class is a perfect mix of invigorating Vinyasa 2/3 and rejuvenating Yin. The first part of the class is made up unique sequences that include a creative mix of standing poses, back bends, arm balances, inversions and core exercises that will challenge the advanced enthusiast and provide opportunities to progress your practice. The last 20 minutes of class will be a a passive practice of floor poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to enhance natural range of motion and target the connective tissues surrounding the hips, pelvis and lower spine. A perfect marriage of Yin and Yang for a balanced mind, body, heart and soul that is injury-free and ready for the modern world. This class is recommended for those that are adept at Hatha 1/2, Vinyasa 1/2 and Yin.
