About the Event:
Within the sacred container of our Somatic Chakra Flow and Sound Bath, you will experience your energetic body coming alive, as we awaken the seven major energy centers through movement and sound.

This afternoon of magic will include meditation, chanting, gentle flowing yoga and organic movements inspired by each of the seven Chakras.

We will close with an extended savasana and beautiful sound healing, weaving together crystal bowls, chimes, drums, harmonium and vocal activation.

This workshop is open to all, and we look forward to sharing this experience with you!

About the Facilitators:
Lucia Grace is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Advanced Yoga Instructor, dancer, and intuitive guide, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the heart of her practice, Lucia believe that movement is powerful medicine. All of Lucia’s work is somatic in nature, infused with energizing chakra practices, guided visualizations, conscious breath work, elements of improvisation, and bodywork in addition to classical yoga. Her goal is always to create a safe and inspirational space in which students can let go and come fully alive in the moment!

James Chritton is a Certified Rolfer, Advanced Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist and personal trainer based in the East Bay. James loves to create spaces for awareness and transformation for students and clients. Sound has always been a fascination for James, and for several years he has been integrating crystal singing bowls as well as other sound healing technology into his sessions. James is gentle and highly intuitive in his sound healing offerings, and looks forward to sharing these vibrations with you.
